Blue Star Energy L.L.C. operates at the working end of the energy business — the cargoes, the barges, and the tankers. Trading since 2012, we are a physical trader of crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals and feedstock, moving volumes across international waters and delivering into the region.
Our reach runs from the high seas to the roadside. We buy and sell seaborne cargoes on CFR and FOB terms worldwide, run ship-to-ship transfers at anchorage, supply marine bunkers to vessels at major hubs, and distribute fuel by road across the Emirates.
Our team also brings hands-on experience setting up and running industrial projects, and we have carried that operational discipline into every trade — strict compliance, disciplined banking, and delivery windows that brokers can only promise.
From wellhead crude to finished base oil, we trade across the value chain — cargo lots on the water and parcels into terminal, on term and spot terms.
Sweet & sour grades
Waterborne crude cargoes traded on CFR and FOB terms, matched to refiners and offtakers across international markets.
RON 92 / 95 · blendstock
Finished motor gasoline and blend components supplied in cargo lots and parcels, to spec and independently verified.
Light & full-range
Petrochemical and gasoline-blending naphtha sourced and delivered to crackers, reformers and blenders worldwide.
Gasoil (EN 590) · Jet A-1
Automotive and industrial gasoil at 10 & 50 ppm, plus jet fuel — delivered by cargo, ex-terminal or road tanker.
ISO 8217 · VLSFO 0.5% & HSFO
Low- and high-sulphur fuel oil for power generation, industry and marine use, delivered ex-pipe, ex-barge or by tanker.
Refinery & cracker feed
Heavy residues and feedstock grades supplied to refineries and processors, structured around each buyer's unit.
Aromatics · olefins · solvents
Petrochemical products and intermediates traded into industrial and manufacturing supply chains internationally.
Group I / II · SN grades
Lubricant base stocks supplied to blenders and manufacturers, in flexi-tank, ISO-tank and bulk parcels.
We move cargoes along the world's main trade lanes — lifting and discharging across the Arabian Gulf, the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, Northwest Europe, West Africa and the Far East — on CFR and FOB terms, with ship-to-ship transfers arranged at anchorage.
At major bunkering hubs we supply marine fuels — VLSFO, HSFO and MGO — to vessels ex-barge and ex-pipe. Closer to home, our owned storage and road tanker fleet distribute fuel across the Emirates. Every parcel is documented and, where required, independently inspected by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas.
